He has used assistive technology, including captioning, for many years in professional environments. Squareglow is a deaf-owned business founded in 2017 which offers a variety of 'smart' alerting devices for the home. The optional phone app allows users to stay connected with what is happening in their homes while they are away. Julio Rodriguez is an innovative entrepreneur, visionary, and engineer of SquareGlow products. Julio was born into a family of hearing loss and experienced a childhood immersed in both hearing loss and hearing communities.
